Should you choose to utilise your own freight forwarder to ship the items outside West Malaysia or to a no-go zone within West Malaysia, please make arrangements with your provider first before placing your order with us. Your freight forwarding provider may then collect your order from our warehouse when your order is ready for collection.
Please note that we do not provide packaging services for items that need to be packaged in a specific way for freight forwarding delivery. We also do not provide assistance on services such as customs declaration, paying of import taxes by the destination country, or any other duties and procedures not related to domestic deliveries within West Malaysia. Please ensure that your freight forwarding provider provides these services before you commit to your purchase from us.
Do note that warranties for all products sold at FortyTwo Home Sdn. Bhd. are only valid within the areas in West Malaysia we deliver to. FortyTwo Home Sdn. Bhd. shall not be held responsible for any warranty or damages on products shipped out of West Malaysia.
